The space is a wide open concept providing plenty of room to enjoy your stay and admire the architecture. There is a fountain and pond in the middle of the house with a large tree and cactus leading up to the pyramid skylight. There is a wishing well/foutain and gas fire feature in the main area. From the pool, kitchen, front of house and terrace you get views of the ocean, city scape and moutains. In the evenings and nights you can enjoy the sunsets and city lights from beside the fire pit just recently added.

There is a private road in front of the house with parking for multiple cars or larger vehicles. The villa is gated itself and there is a lockbox on the gate with keys to gain access.

This house is the perfect open space concept with several areas for you and your guests to enjoy. With no immediate neighbours, noise is not an issue and you can enjoy your time without disturbing neighbours or being bothered.

we can arrange your pick up and drop off from the airport, and give you the ability to pre-pay through us so you don’thave to worry about having cash when you land. just get your luggage and get to the house to start your vacation.

All other activities or reservations you need while staying can be arranged for you as well, in advance or last minute just let us know what you need.

We are able to help you contact local businesses for your needs including decorators, chefs, transportation, water sports, yachts, reservations, etc.

There are individual A/C mini splits in each bedroom. The main area of the house does not have A/C as the room is too large to use AC due to the glass pyramid in the center of the roof and the all day sunshine it receives.

There is no smoking inside the house and guests who are found smoking inside the house may be asked to leave or charged an additional fee of $300
