Also we have FRESKO ( wich is comparable to a premium Walmart), gym, two bars and pretty much everything else you might need close by. You have your own private resort here.

Any and everything you might need is close by, so you actually do not need to have a rental car. we have 2 mini supers, restaurants and bars right here in 5 min walking distance. If you want to go big shopping there is a costco and walmart within five minutes.
Downtown los Cabos, the Marina and Medano Beach are just 10 min uber right away.
An uber from here to there will cost you around 80 pesos. wich is around 3,50 usd for up to 4 people. To go to costco is only the minimum of 46 pesos, wich is like 2 usd.
