Have you ever wondered what it would be like to vacation like a VIP? Well, look no further and do not hesitate to book your stay with Jan at this amazing Villa! Jan helped me pull off a fantastic shotgun trip to Cabo. He instantly became a first class concierge,saving me so much time by lining up all our transportation needs, arranging for a personal chef and even a birthday massage for my Mom at the villa. I wouldn’t be surprised if he arranged for the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that captivated us each day! Look at all the pictures and read all the reviews and multiply what you see and read by one hundred! Jan, we cannot thank you and Hans enough for your gracious hospitality! We cannot wait to return! I can't say enough about how amazing this house is and what an incredible host Jan was. He truly made my trip incredible on all fronts. He was super responsive and helped with absolutely every single request from an incredible private chef (best food by far of anywhere I have traveled), booking a catamaran tour, massages, restaurant recommendations, travel arrangements, etc. He went so above and beyond and made the trip so seamless. The house was gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. There was also a cleaning staff that cleaned every day, which was great. Overall this trip far exceeded all expectations. Absolute paradise! We had the most relaxing and amazing time at Jan’s spot. We have stayed at many airbnb’s and Jan by far was the most amazing host. He offered to go to Costco and stocked us with our favorite cervesas for only a small fee, he greeted us at check in and his communication was awesome! If you want to go to town, Uber comes right to the gate, very inexpensive. One pool has a swim up bar and a grill with great taco’s, burgers, etc. Very friendly staff. NV at Sunrock will be your best friend if your staying in or at the other pool. GREAT food!!! There is also a little store on site with essentials. Jan’s condo is well equipped, comfortable and the view is INCREDIBLE. We will be back again!

We had a Christmas family get together and Jan’s place fit our eight adults and six grandkids. The place was beautiful, pristine, and extremely comfortable. Jan was the perfect host. Thais was a wonderful Airbnb experience

Jans communication and guest support during our stay has genuinely been one of the most responsive experiences we've had. Drinks already in the fridge when we arrived, checking in periodically was great. Thank you Jan!

Awesome place with an even better Host… as a 1st time visitor to Cabo, Jan took care of every ask and need I had. Well connected to anything you would want and need while you are there. 5 stars is an understatement.

It was an amazing stay. The host when above and beyond what any host has ever done. The place was a beautiful home that made me and my family feel at home. It was a private place with a great view and everything we needed was close by. Jan was amazing he communicated with us extremely well, ge was very responsive. He gave us the best recommendation for the activities we had planned, he also got us the best deals. Jan was just an amazing host we would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good host along with a beautiful home that feels like home.

Can't say enough about the experience. The place was beautiful with a beautiful view and Jan was the most helpful host I've had. We had so many questions for him that I almost felt bad but he was always friendly with a quick response. There was one minor issue with a speaker the first day and by the next morning he had brought in another one to replace it. And he had great recommendations and connections of places to go and things to do. Highly recommend!

Jan is a 10/10 host! Super helpful and responsive. The place was great and the views can’t be beat. Note that there’s construction happening in the building, but we didn’t find it to be too disruptive. Watched lots of whales from that beautiful balcony!
