Awesome place with an even better Host… as a 1st time visitor to Cabo, Jan took care of every ask and need I had. Well connected to anything you would want and need while you are there. 5 stars is an understatement.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to vacation like a VIP? Well, look no further and do not hesitate to book your stay with Jan at this amazing Villa! Jan helped me pull off a fantastic shotgun trip to Cabo. He instantly became a first class concierge,saving me so much time by lining up all our transportation needs, arranging for a personal chef and even a birthday massage for my Mom at the villa. I wouldn’t be surprised if he arranged for the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that captivated us each day! Look at all the pictures and read all the reviews and multiply what you see and read by one hundred! Jan, we cannot thank you and Hans enough for your gracious hospitality! We cannot wait to return! Jan is a 10/10 host! Super helpful and responsive. The place was great and the views can’t be beat. Note that there’s construction happening in the building, but we didn’t find it to be too disruptive. Watched lots of whales from that beautiful balcony!

DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE WITH A LARGE GROUP IF YOU WANT A GOOD TIME. The host Jan was the best part of our experience in Cabo. We booked this house for our family to stay out for our wedding. We reached out to Jan after seeing his amazing reviews and asked if he could help (we never been to Cabo and didn't know anyone). Jan not only said he help but he then worked with the Owner to let us have our ceremony at this house overlooking Cabo. It couldn't have been more beautiful (the view from the pool Dec overlooks all of Cabo). Jan WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and helped with caterer (amazing chef), photographer, videographer, shuttle service, club and dinner reservations, bartenders, sunset Cruise, table/chair set up, decor and litterally everything else. The house was beautiful with the best view in all of Cabo. The rooms are clean and spacious with authentic decor (plenty of room for our family of 16), resteraunts near by are amazing, we could see whales from house. Thank you so much Jan

Jan was an amazing host he met me when I checked in . He was so helpful with booking a tour , I wished I had a longer stay , but I hope in the future to return . I would definitely recommend his air b n b not only was it a nice peaceful place but he had transportation available and connections for tours at great prices , very grateful for the amazing service

We had a Christmas family get together and Jan’s place fit our eight adults and six grandkids. The place was beautiful, pristine, and extremely comfortable. Jan was the perfect host. Thais was a wonderful Airbnb experience

This place is beautiful, everything its says it will be in the description and MORE. When we arrived is was very clean, spacious, accessible, and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi area gives you such an amazing view of the city. Makes you feel like you're on top of the world. Please believe me when I tell you "Jan is The Man". That was the quote for our entire trip. It was 9 of us in our party and he catered to each and every ones every need. He made our stay so enjoyable. He set up all of our events, from ATVs, boat rentals, VIP club service etc. Provided an EXCELLENT CHEF experience that served what we wanted to eat all 4 days. Jan made us not want to leave Cabo. Every time we visit we will be using his location if possible. Once again "Jan is THE MAN". HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
