We cannot say enough about how awesome Jan was to deal with. He took care of our every need and helped find the best attractions. House was private and well maintained Jan is the best host I have experienced in all my travel. Highly recommended his services.

Outstanding service by Jan and his team! Communication before, during, and after the trip was outstanding. I had the most insane requests including drone bookings, in home hair services, and tables and he assisted with everything from suggesting vendors, booking tables at nightclubs for us, sending hair stylists to the house, ensuring our grocery needs were met, and overall assisting any need with had. Jan’s team was very knowledgeable and they helped us create such a smooth and efficient trip for 10 guests. Aside from their service - the home was massive with so much space to utilize. The private chefs were OUTSTANDING and the workers were all so polite. We will definitely be using them again and referring anyone we know to them.

Jan is a 10/10 host! Super helpful and responsive. The place was great and the views can’t be beat. Note that there’s construction happening in the building, but we didn’t find it to be too disruptive. Watched lots of whales from that beautiful balcony!

Jan helped me pull off a fantastic shotgun trip to Cabo. He instantly became a first class concierge,saving me so much time by lining up all our transportation needs, arranging for a personal chef and even a birthday massage for my Mom at the villa. I wouldn’t be surprised if he arranged for the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that captivated us each day! Look at all the pictures and read all the reviews and multiply what you see and read by one hundred! Jan, we cannot thank you and Hans enough for your gracious hospitality! We cannot wait to return! The pictures on the website can not capture the beauty of this place. The views, sounds of water crashing on the rocks and the breeze that blows through the condo make this a perfect location for relaxation. The million dollar views from his condo pale in comparison to the million dollar service Jan provides. Jan patiently answered all our questions through daily messages prior to travel. He stocked our refrigerator, arranged airport transportation and all of our excursions, scheduled the chef for my birthday dinner , placed late night wing/ pizza orders and arranged for concierge doctor to come to us for COVID testing. He is skilled at anticipating your every need and handling things that you didn’t even know to anticipate.For example Jan rescheduled our airport transportation pick up before I even knew that our flights had been changed. I’m happy to say that we now have a friend in Cabo!

I can't say enough about how amazing this house is and what an incredible host Jan was. He truly made my trip incredible on all fronts. He was super responsive and helped with absolutely every single request from an incredible private chef (best food by far of anywhere I have traveled), booking a catamaran tour, massages, restaurant recommendations, travel arrangements, etc. He went so above and beyond and made the trip so seamless. The house was gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. There was also a cleaning staff that cleaned every day, which was great. Overall this trip far exceeded all expectations. Thanks Jan for being so awesome!!

Jan was AMAZING , he helped with our tours , the Condo was truly a Million Dollar View , we will be going back as soon as we can , I would give him 10 stars ⭐️ if that was an option 🐬🐠 🌴 🌵 It had a swim up bar which was also amazing and they served food and was very reasonably priced , and the beaches were just a short walk away , it was our best vacation EVER 🌴🌴🌴❤️❤️

This place is beautiful, everything its says it will be in the description and MORE. When we arrived is was very clean, spacious, accessible, and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi area gives you such an amazing view of the city. Makes you feel like you're on top of the world. Please believe me when I tell you "Jan is The Man". That was the quote for our entire trip. It was 9 of us in our party and he catered to each and every ones every need. He made our stay so enjoyable. He set up all of our events, from ATVs, boat rentals, VIP club service etc. Provided an EXCELLENT CHEF experience that served what we wanted to eat all 4 days. Jan made us not want to leave Cabo. Every time we visit we will be using his location if possible. Once again "Jan is THE MAN". HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had a Christmas family get together and Jan’s place fit our eight adults and six grandkids. The place was beautiful, pristine, and extremely comfortable. Jan was the perfect host. Thais was a wonderful Airbnb experience

Words don’t do justice how great of a host Jans is. We could not have asked for anything better (party of 13 adults). He helped plan itinerary and took care of us like we were family. He’s truly one of a kind
